By placing an order for any of our Ghostyk Pro plans, you represent that you have read this policy and that you agree to and fully accept the terms of this policy. PAYMENT OPTIONS
In our shop you can select the payment methods described below:

Credit Card
The price will be debited from your account within the next few days. Date of the invoice is also the date of digital delivery, or in other words, access to your selected Ghostyk Pro plan.
Please note: If you choose credit card as your payment method, you will only be able to put in your credit card information AFTER you finish the order process. After you confirm the order, you will be redirected to the website of your credit card company, where you can put in the credit card information.
Stripe
Stripe provides a safe and convenient way to make payments online, ensuring the security of your financial information. Stripe employs industry-standard security measures to protect your payment information. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store or have access to your credit card details. Upon completing a successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order. Please keep this email for your records.

PRICING
The prices of our Ghostyk Pro plans and their deliverables displayed on our pricing page (https://www.ghostyk.com/go-pro) are current, however, we reserve the right to change prices at any time and for any reason it deems necessary.
We will charge you, and you agree to pay, all fees and charges related to your selected Ghostyk Pro plan as shown on our website.
The purchase price for your selected Ghostyk Pro plan is shown on our website at the time you place your order.
You shall be responsible for any applicable taxes (including any goods and services tax) under these terms.
All payments shall be made by using the payment methods specified by us from time to time. You acknowledge and agree that you are subject to the applicable user agreement of any third-party payment methods. We shall not be liable for any failure, disruption, or error in connection with your chosen payment method. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any payment method without notice to you or giving any reason.
We must receive payment in full no later than the day on which such payment is required to be paid in immediately available and freely transferable funds, without any restriction, condition, withholding, deduction, set-off, or counterclaim whatsoever.
REFUND POLICY
We provide digital services; as such, the following apply:
● All Sales Are Final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
● No returns or exchanges. As we provide digital products, returns and exchanges do not apply.
TECHNICAL ERROR
In the unlikely event that you are experiencing or have experienced a technical error, please contact us with details and images of your experience so we can investigate the error and determine if a refund is owed to you.
CHARGEBACKS OR DISPUTES
You agree to contact us prior to raising a request for a chargeback or any dispute with your bank or card issuer in relation to any purchase. If you make a payment through and later dispute a legitimate charge by raising a chargeback or dispute without merit or legitimate reason (as determined in our sole discretion), whether fraudulently or otherwise, then we reserve the right to blacklist you by providing compelling evidence to refute your invalid chargeback or disputed request and/or pursue legal action as the case may be.
SUPPLIER PROMPT PAYMENT POLICY
We are committed to ensuring that all suppliers are treated fairly and that we and our suppliers both benefit from reasonable terms of payment that are both achievable and do not adversely affect cash flow for either party.
We therefore
● Aim to ensure suppliers are paid on time within the terms agreed at the outset of the contract.
● Will not attempt to change the payment terms retrospectively without good reason.
● Will not change practice on the length of payment for smaller companies on unreasonable grounds.
● Will provide suppliers with clear and easily accessible guidance on payment procedures.
● Provides a method for dealing with complaints and disputes in relation to payment processing and a method for escalation of the before-mentioned complaint.
● Will endeavor to advise if there is a reason an invoice may not be settled within the agreed terms.
● Endeavors to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in relation to supplier payments.
● Provides a method of electronic invoicing, either by fax or email transmission or by use of an invoicing portal.
● Acknowledge the rights of suppliers to use late payment legislation to invoice for late payment interest and charges when appropriate.
